Placing an order
with us is safe, straightforward and simple. Here's how it works:
Ordering...
...is easy and you can do it in three different ways. Online
via the Protx secure server is the best method, but we also accept
orders by phone and by post. We accept Visa, Mastercard credit cards
and also Visa Debit, Visa Electron Switch and Solo debit cards.
Cheques should be denominated in Pounds Sterling, drawn on a UK
bank and made payable to 'Hairlynks ltd'. For all the offline numbers
and addresses you may need, check our
contact details.
Your
Safety...
...is guaranteed because Hairlynks .co.uk uses the latest measures
to protect your security when you shop with us. We use 128-bit SSL
Software to encrypt your credit/debit card information when you
place an order on our secure server, which means that only we are
able to decrypt the information in order to process your transaction.
After you click
on the "Go To Cashier" button, secure pages are indicated by:
- the web address
changing from "http://" to "https://"; and
- a padlock
symbol (or key) in the bottom right-hand status bar of your web
browser.
In the unlikely event of unauthorised use of your credit or debit
card for a purchase at Hairlynks.co.uk, most banks and card issuers
either cover all the charges or may limit your liability to just
£50.00. If your bank or card issuer holds you liable, Hairlynks.co.uk
will cover your liability up to £50.00 provided that the unauthorised
use of your credit or debit card resulted through no fault of
your own.
Despatch
& delivery of your order...
We endeavour to despatch all orders placed before 4:00pm (Monday-Friday)
within 48 hours of receiving the order, subject to stock availability
and security checks. Orders placed outside of this time will be
processed the following working day. However, during times of
peak seasonal demand (Valentine's Day, Father's Day, but especially
Christmas) there may be a slight delay in the despatch of your
order, so please check our homepage for details and allow extra
time for delivery.
There is a 'delivery time' link on products that are out of stock.
If for any reason there's a major delay with the expected delivery
time, we'll contact you and explain the situation. Where we ask
you to 'contact us for ordering information', ask us everything
you want to know in the email that pops up and we'll get back
to you.
All orders delivered to mainland UK addresses are despatched via
Royal Mail or a 24hr secure courier service, so you should normally
(see above notes about seasonal demand) receive your items the
following working day after we despatch them - ie. 2-4 working
days after you have placed your order. Please allow a couple of
days extra delivery time for Scottish Highlands & Islands
or Northern Ireland.
Delivery
to International addresses...
All orders delivered to International addresses are normally delivered
using international courier services. You can expect to receive
your items within 3-14 working days after you have placed your
order.

All prices include delivery overseas.
Complaints...
We welcome all feedback about our service and we aim to deal
with any problems or difficulties experienced by our customers
both quickly and fairly.

We have a simple but comprehensive returns and refunds policy
which means that most queries can be resolved quickly and easily
over the phone. For issues that cannot be resolved immediately
we will respond within 24 hours either resolving your complaint
or with an expected timescale for resolution of the issue.
Returns
And Refunds...
...are both easy as part of our total customer service. We
believe that you will be delighted with your product but there
may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item.
We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. These terms
do not affect your statutory rights.
- Unwanted
Goods
If you return the product unused (having taken reasonable care
of it) within 30 days of the date on which you received it,
we will refund you any money which you have paid us for that
product. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods.

to inform us of your wish to return the goods and we will allocate
you a Returns Code (which you may wish to include with the package
to ensure we process your return as efficiently as possible).
- Faulty
Goods
If you return an item to us which is faulty, which you did not
order or for any other reason which is our fault, please contact
us by telephone (on (+44) (0)141 339 9748 or email (at info@hairlynk.co.uk)
to inform us and we will arrange a refund or replacement. In
the event of you returning goods to us we will also pay you
the cost of the return postage. In this event, please contact
us first and we will allocate you a Returns Code (which you
may wish to include with the package to ensure we process your
return as efficiently as possible) and we will also advise you
how to send the item back to us. We usually ask that you send
items back to us via Royal Mail First Class (Recorded), but
occasionally items may have to be picked up by a courier service.
Please obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post
Office to enable us to process the refund for your return postage
costs.

You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach
us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery
method which requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal
Mail First Class (Recorded Delivery).
